The original Press Quesadilla Grill is located at 773 E. Foothill Blvd., Suite A in San Luis Obispo, CA. This location officially opened its doors in November 2024.

Press Quesadilla Grill was born from a long-time dream of Greg and Jonette Graber, brought to life in 2024 by the Heritage Restaurant Brands® team. The name “Press” comes from the restaurant’s signature process of fresh-pressing scratch-made tortillas, quesadillas and burritos with care. The name also reflects the brand’s LIVE LIFE. PRESS ON.® mindset, centered in joy, gratitude, perseverance and purpose.
California Coastal Fresh reflects Press Quesadilla Grill’s approach to food, hospitality and lifestyle. It represents fresh ingredients, bright coastal flavors, chef-inspired cooking and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere inspired by California’s Central Coast.

Yes! Press offers several gluten-friendly options, including bowls, salads and nachos. Guests can customize their meals with proteins, citrus rice, black beans, fresh vegetables, cheeses and house-made salsas.
Press signature tortillas are not gluten-free. However, guests looking for a gluten-friendly meal can enjoy our bowls, salads and nachos.
Yes! Our crispy tortilla chips are made from corn and are a great gluten-friendly option for dipping, snacking or building a plate of nachos.

Nope! Press does not use nuts or peanuts in our kitchen. However, guests with severe allergies should always inform a team member before ordering so we can discuss preparation procedures.

Yes! Press Quesadilla Grill is conveniently available for pickup and delivery on DoorDash and UberEats. Although these ordering platforms are available as an option, we encourage guests to place orders directly through the Press website.
Press Quesadilla Grill gift cards are available for purchase in the restaurant at the register. You may also purchase physical or digital Press gift cards on the Press website.

Online catering orders at Press can be placed up to a week in advance. Press recommends placing catering orders as early as possible to ensure availability, especially for large groups or scheduled events.

The CYO Burrito Box and CYO Bowl Box come with everything needed for 10-12 guests to create their own burritos or bowls. These protein boxes include crispy chips and scratch-made salsas on the side. The Press Burrito Box comes with 10 individually wrapped burritos, with chips and scratch-made salsas on the side.
The Crunch Box includes a shareable spread of chips, creamy queso blanco and two scratch-made salsas (the perfect addition to any protein box). All necessary utensils, serving supplies and set-up instructions are included in every catering box.

Yes. Press Quesadilla Grill proudly offers fundraiser opportunities for local schools, teams, nonprofits, clubs, and community organizations looking to raise money in a fun and easy way.
Press fundraisers are designed to be simple, casual, and stress-free. Here’s how it works:
- Fill out the Press fundraiser form and choose a date for your event
- Your club/organization will buy a specific amount of fundraiser tickets from Press (we will create co-branded, customized tickets for you to sell)
- You may sell the fundraiser tickets at whatever price you’d like
- Guests redeem their tickets at the restaurant during the event
- That’s it…and the best part is, you get to keep all the ticket sales money upfront.
Press partners with a variety of community groups including schools, sports teams, nonprofits, clubs, youth organizations, churches and local community programs.
Fundraiser earnings depend on ticket sales and community participation. Because organizations sell tickets directly, there is no limit to how much money you can raise!
You can sell the tickets at any profit you’d like, giving you the chance to earn between $5 and $8 per ticket sold before the event kicks off. For example, if you earn $6 per ticket and sell 100 tickets, that’s $600 cash for your group! The more you sell, the more you make. We will take care of the rest.

Yes. Sports teams, school clubs, student organizations, booster programs, and youth groups are all welcome to host fundraiser events with Press.
Press fundraisers are intentionally simple, flexible and low-stress. There’s no complicated setup — organizations simply sell tickets ahead of time, keep money upfront and invite supporters to enjoy California Coastal Fresh food in a relaxed environment.
Press fundraiser events typically run from open to close on the scheduled fundraiser day.
All fundraiser tickets must be redeemed in-person at the restaurant. Online ticket redemptions are not available at this time.
Absolutely! All Press fundraiser tickets can be used for dine-in or takeout.
Press partners with schools, youth sports programs, nonprofits, churches, clubs, student organizations, community groups, and other local causes that help strengthen the community.
Press recommends scheduling fundraiser events at least two weeks in advance to allow time for the restaurant to prepare (this also gives you enough time to sell the tickets!).
