Press Quesadilla Grill serves more than just quesadillas! We offer custom-made ‘dias, salads, bowls and burritos. All ‘dias and burritos are fresh-pressed in front of you, so that each one is crispy on the outside and warm on the inside.

Press Quesadilla Grill offers a variety of house-made sauces, cremas, and salsas so you can customize your meal exactly how you like it. Sauce options include Ancho-Chipotle Crema, Avocado Crema, Creamy Cilantro Dressing, Sour Cream, Cali Ranch and Queso Blanco.

For guests who love fresh, bold flavors, Press also offers Fire Roasted Salsa (Medium), Roasted Tomatillo Salsa (Hot), Corn n’ Black Bean Salsa and Pico de Gallo.

They sure are! Press scratch-made salsas start with fresh ingredients like tomatillos, serranos, poblanos, tomatoes, garlic, onions, cilantro and fresh lime juice. We fire-roast many of these ingredients before blending them with herbs and spices to create the fresh, flavorful salsas that make Press unique.

Press Quesadilla Grill offers a refreshing mix of craft beverages, bottled drinks, and beer curated to complement our California Coastal Fresh™ menu. Guests can enjoy flavored Tractor beverages like Mango Peach, Farmer’s Punch, and Strawberry Dragonfruit, along with classic options like Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite and bottled water.

Yes! Guests can absolutely eat healthy at Press. We focus on real ingredients that leave you feeling energized, not weighed down. Our bowls, ‘dias, salads and burritos are made-to-order, so you can pack your meal with herb-infused proteins, fajita veggies and scratch-made salsas.

At Press, Nachos are considered a secret menu item because this option is not listed on the official menu board in the restaurant. When placing your order, simply ask for Nachos, load them up with your favorite proteins and fresh ingredients and enjoy!

Fundraisers

Yes. Press Quesadilla Grill proudly offers fundraiser opportunities for local schools, teams, nonprofits, clubs, and community organizations looking to raise money in a fun and easy way.

Press fundraisers are designed to be simple, casual, and stress-free. Here’s how it works:

  1. Fill out the Press fundraiser form and choose a date for your event
  2. Your club/organization will buy a specific amount of fundraiser tickets from Press (we will create co-branded, customized tickets for you to sell)
  3. You may sell the fundraiser tickets at whatever price you’d like
  4. Guests redeem their tickets at the restaurant during the event
  5. That’s it…and the best part is, you get to keep all the ticket sales money upfront.

Press partners with a variety of community groups including schools, sports teams, nonprofits, clubs, youth organizations, churches and local community programs.

Fundraiser earnings depend on ticket sales and community participation. Because organizations sell tickets directly, there is no limit to how much money you can raise!

You can sell the tickets at any profit you’d like, giving you the chance to earn between $5 and $8 per ticket sold before the event kicks off. For example, if you earn $6 per ticket and sell 100 tickets, that’s $600 cash for your group! The more you sell, the more you make. We will take care of the rest.

Press fundraisers are intentionally simple, flexible and low-stress. There’s no complicated setup — organizations simply sell tickets ahead of time, keep money upfront and invite supporters to enjoy California Coastal Fresh food in a relaxed environment.

Press fundraiser events typically run from open to close on the scheduled fundraiser day.

All fundraiser tickets must be redeemed in-person at the restaurant. Online ticket redemptions are not available at this time.

Absolutely! All Press fundraiser tickets can be used for dine-in or takeout.

Press partners with schools, youth sports programs, nonprofits, churches, clubs, student organizations, community groups, and other local causes that help strengthen the community.

Press recommends scheduling fundraiser events at least two weeks in advance to allow time for the restaurant to prepare (this also gives you enough time to sell the tickets!).
